Revive Health and Wellness LLC was founded in 2022 by Family Nurse Practitioner, Celesta Johnson. Celesta knew from a young age that she wanted to be a nurse. She started off her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse soon after graduating from high school. Shortly after, in 2004 she graduated with her undergraduate degree from Our Lady of the Lake College of Nursing (now FranU). She has worked in a variety of health care settings during her career as a Registered Nurse. In 2007, Celesta successfully completed the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program, again at OLOL College of Nursing. After working in the hospital setting for a number of years, Celesta went on to pursue her education even further and graduated from Northwestern State University- Natchitoches, with her Masters of Science in Nursing- Adult/Gerontology Nursing Education. With this degree, Celesta was able to help others pursing their nursing education by teaching nursing students enrolled in an Associate Degree Nursing program. After a few years of teaching she then decided to pursue her current degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University-New Orleans. 

Together with her husband of 22 years they have 3 children. Outside of patient care Celesta enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities such as cooking outdoors, boating, deer hunting and fishing with her husband and her children.
