Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy
Revive Health and Wellness is a nurse practitioner owned and operated wellness clinic that offers hormone replacement therapy for women experiencing symptoms of menopause. Women can start experiencing decreasing hormone levels as early as 30 years of age. During menopause, hormone levels fluctuate and/or drop causing undesirable symptoms. This alteration in hormone levels can continue until around 52 years of age. During this time, the decline in hormone levels can lead to numerous changes in our bodies. Some signs/symptoms of imbalanced hormones can include hot flashes, increase in body fat (in particular abdominal fat), headaches, insomnia, mood changes/irritability, vaginal dryness, skin changes, night sweats, brain fog, hair loss, irregular periods and/or cessation of menses.
Hormones have a large role in the aging process of our bodies. The effects of aging can have an impact one’s mental and physical health. Hormone replacement therapy can help rebalance your hormone levels. Here at Revive Health and Wellness, we will take time to understand the need of each of our clients and develop a treatment plan that is unique to your specific health needs.
Many providers today are recommending bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) as the preferred treatment recommendation for hormonal imbalances. Bioidentical hormones are made up of the same structure as the ones our bodies produce naturally.
BHRT offers many health benefits and can help alleviate both the physical and emotional symptoms associated with menopause. These work by treating the cause and not just treating the symptoms. There is new research showing that in women estrogen has a protective benefit on many organs and female systems.

We do not accept insurance for any of our services. This helps us help you quicker as we don’t have to waste any time hassling your health insurance and their restrictions on bioidentical hormone therapy. A treatment plan is developed that will work best for you.
Initial Consultation $210 (Requires $25 deposit that applies toward consultation fee)
This consultation visit lasts about 45 min to 1 hour and includes a review of current lab work, intake forms, consents of treatment, discussing treatment options and first month’s supply of hormones (up to 1 medication).
*Treatment option prices thereafter are subscription based.
Labs are an additional cost. I WILL accept outside labs. If you do not have recent labs (within last 3 months). You can schedule a FREE 15 min consultation HERE.
